Pasta with salmon

The pasta recipe with salmon and white sauce, is ideal for busy days or when we do not want to spend much time in the kitchen, this recipe is perfect because in 30 minutes you have some delicious pasta. It's my favorite pasta recipe. With few and delicious ingredients & # 8211 salmon, garlic, cream and parmesan, a perfect combination. In order for these pasta with salmon and white sauce to taste good, I browned the salmon. I took it out and put the rest of the ingredients in the remaining oil. I also got a more intense flavor. Salmon Pasta Ingredients:

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 250 g fillets of salmon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 100 g parmesan
  • dill
  • salt pepper

Put a suitable saucepan with 2 liters of water and a teaspoon of salt to boil. After boiling, add the spaghetti and leave according to the instructions on the package. After they have boiled (about 7-8 minutes), pass them through cold water and let them drain.

While the spaghetti is boiling, cut the onion into cubes, the garlic into rounds, the diced salmon and finely chop the dill.

In a pan put 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the salmon, let it fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning it on all sides to fry. We put the salmon on a plate and take care of the sauce. In the oil in which we fried the fish, add the onion and garlic, let it fry for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cooking cream, cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Then we take care of the salmon, remove the skin and put it in the sauce. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and cook for about 3 minutes. At the end, add dill, half of the Parmesan cheese and the pasta drained over the sauce and mix well. Serve with plenty of Parmesan, dill and preferably freshly ground pepper.

RoXx Pizza - Recipes

I am neither a pizza chef nor a cook, but I like to make vegetables and legumes. I don't get into cooking fish and meat. I haven't eaten meat for 28 years, and I gave up fish for about a year. Occasionally I eat fresh trout. But I also made pizza according to my own recipe and as I like.

But let's go back. The topic of the article is not about how to make pizza, but about how to keep it accounting.

The pizza counter can be considered a finite product or a half-finished. It's up to us how we want to record it. No one can force us to do otherwise, or to reproach us that our countertop is a finished product and not a semi-finished product, or a semi-finished product and not a finished product. We have complete freedom to record it as we wish. If we only sell the dough for the pizza counter, we can transfer the entire production from the management finished product in management commodities and we will sell the dough as a commodity. Only the recordings we make differ.

Here's what the records look like:

1. We're going in "Files / Articles" to open the window "Articles”.

After entering the recipe we close the two open windows.

2. We're going in "Operations / Production" to open the window "Production".

Here we press "Add" at the top of the window and add the production made. At the time we operate the records in SAGA C the production is already done.
The recipe is taken over automatically, and the calculation of consumption for the production is done automatically.

We choose the management "finished product", then we choose the finished product, we introduce the amount made and the default price. In the end we save. At the bottom of the window, consumption is calculated automatically. If necessary, we can intervene on consumption to adjust it.

3. Generating documents

At the bottom of the window "Production" we have a series of buttons with which we can generate and list several documents, such as: production delivery note, production delivery note + consumption and consumption. Press each button and see what data is displayed. The documents you need will be listed and archived. I list production delivery voucher + related consumption.

RoXx Pizza - Recipes

The muffins with cheese, sausages and dried herbs will be an unusual snack. The recipe is very simple and a set of ingredients is available.

  • - 120 g of Gouda cheese
  • - 100 g of smoked sausages or ham
  • - 1 cup of kefir
  • - 1 or chicken
  • - 2 tablespoons. tablespoons of unwritten sunflower oil
  • - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • - 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon bell pepper
  • - a sprig of dried basil.

Wheat flour with baking powder penetrates through a sieve into a deep bowl. Add a sprig of dried basil and stir.

In a separate bowl, combine chicken egg, kefir, vegetable oil and tomato paste. Beat with a broom until smooth.

Combine the kefir-egg mixture with the flour and mix quickly. Cut the sausages and gouda well, add the dough, mix again so that the filling is evenly distributed.

Place the corrugated paper liners in the muffin boxes. Spread the dough into molds, filling them about two-thirds of the height. Turn on the oven to heat to 170 ° C.

Place the dough formulas in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until ready. The preparation can be checked with a wooden bowl - it should dry.

On request, chopped onions can be added to the muffin dough and, instead of dried basil, pour a mixture of dried Italian herbs.

Portioning and shaping pizza dough

The kitchen scale is very useful every day and helps us to share this dough. First I weighed the whole (850 g) and then I divided it into 4 pieces of 212 g each.

I flattened each piece of dough with the palm of my hand. I gave it the shape of a disc (1 cm thick) and brought its edges to the center. Finally I turned the ball over and tucked the edges under it even better. This step is called & # 8222shaping & # 8221 (modeling).

I chose a roomy tray and sprinkled semolina on its bottom. I placed the 4 balls at a great distance from each other. They will grow!! I covered the tray with a kitchen napkin and left it to rise for 2 hours. Incredible how much they could grow! Do you see what blisters are on the surface?

Put a baking sheet on a tray, put the cones upside down and bake them for about 7 minutes & # 8211 enough to harden and brown a little.

After you take them out, use your imagination and fill them with whatever toppings you want. This must start and end with the cheese / parmesan cheese to prevent the composition from flowing from the cone, while the ketchup must grease the walls of the cone so that it is not dry at the end.

Then put them in special forms for croissant pizza (yes, I checked and they can be found in various online stores). Or (if you have the courage, I haven't tried this option, I admit) you can support them in the grill spaces of the stove.

You will adjust the filling quantities according to the capacity of your horns. Bake on medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes until melted and brown the top layer.
