Mix flour, sugar and semolina. Grease the pan well with butter. Divide the composition into 3 equal parts.

Wallpaper the tray well with the first part of the mixture. Grate butter on top and press with your hand to press a little. Add a part of the apples hardened beforehand with sugar and cinnamon.

Add the second amount of mixture (flour, semolina, sugar, grate butter), press a little by hand and level well. Put the second layer of apples and then the last mixture exactly as in previous cases (mixture + grated butter). This time we don't press with our hand. We put it in the oven at 180 degrees until it browns nicely.

After removing the cake, portion it in the pan and let it cool well.

It is crispy and good.

The advantage: you can juggle the amounts of flour, semolina and sugar depending on how big the tray is, and if you find that you don't have enough mixture, it doesn't matter if you do it a little faster :))
